Hello, my name is Oliver Biankowski, I am the founder of PixelHELPER. Welcome to our Human Right Defence Safe House in Germany. We are fighting for democracy and humanity and host activists all around the world. We hope that we can fight with Junya from Act for Democracy for more democracy in Thailand and against the criminal king. Join our protest.

Rama 10 of Thailand, he was supposed to be the head of state of Thailand, but he was never there. He was in Germany since 2007.
He rules Thailand through military dictatorship. He Robs the whole country. People are living so much afraid of him and the military junta.
There are so many activists and critics that meet brutal death or in prisons.
As Thai activists we are coming here to Germany to join hands with PixelHELPER of hoping that we can do something in Germany to bring him to justice and at the same time we hope that we can create a path for democracy in Thailand to be able to start.

ผู้คนต่างก็อยุ่ในความหวัดกลัวเขาและก็เผด็จการทหารของเขา มีนักกิจกรรมมากมายที่ประสบชะตากรรมที่โหดร้าย จากการถูกสังหาร หรือถูกส่งเข้าคุก
ในฐานะนักกิจกรรมชาวไทย เราเดินทางมาที่ประเทศเยอรมนี เพื่อร่วมมือกับPixelHELPER
ด้วยความหวังว่า ที่เยอรมนี เราจะสามารถนำเขาขึ้นสู่กระบวนการยุติธรรม และเราก็ยังหวังว่าจะสามารถปูทางเพื่อให้ประชาธิปไตยในประเทศไทยเริ่มต้นขึ้นได้
The Thai King case is a good example that human in Germany are not equal because he has to pay 3 billions of taxes and the government say that he doesn’t have to pay it because of foreign relation to Thailand.
It’s not possible that we are making some laws for normal people and some laws for king so we have to work and protest against the Thai King.
กรณีของกษัตริย์ไทย เป็นกรณีตัวอย่าง ว่าคนที่เยอรมนีไม่ได้เท่าเทียมกัน เพราะว่าเขาจะต้องจ่ายภาษี 3 พันล้านยูโร (102,000 ล้านบาท) และรัฐบาลก็บอกว่าเขาไม่ต้องจ่าย เนื่องจากเป็นเรื่องความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างประเทศกับประเทศไทย
มันเป็นไปไม่ได้ที่เราจะยอมให้กฎหมาย มีการเลือกปฏิบัติระหว่างคนธรรมดาและกษัตริย์
ดังนั้นเราจึงทำการประท้วงกษัตริย์ไทย
We are going to talk to politicians and German government to bring Thai king, criminal king, to justice. we want to see him stand in front of International court of justice or any courts of justice in Europe.
We are working with a team of lawyer to help us to pursue the cases.
Thai people strongly sent a message to us that they don’t want the king back to Thailand.
The King has long series of human rights violations and doesn’t show any sign to respect Thai people or to respect the government that the Thai people have been elected.
เราจะไปพูดคุยกับนักการเมืองและรัฐบาลเยอรมัน เพื่อนำตัวกษัตริย์ไทยกษัตริย์อาชญากร เข้าสู่กระบวนการยุติธรรม เราต้องการเห็นเขายืนต่อหน้าศาลอาญาระหว่างประเทศ หรือว่าศาลยุติธรรมใดก็ได้ที่ยุโรป
พวกเราได้ทำงานร่วมกับทีมทนาย เพื่อช่วยดำเนินการฟ้องร้องคดีให้เรา
คนไทยต่างก็ส่งข้อความมายังเราว่า พวกเขาไม่ต้องการตัวกษัตริย์ไทยกคืนสู่ประเทศไทย
กษัตริย์ไทยมีพฤติกรรมการละเมิดสิทธิมนุษยชนยาวเหยียด และก็ไม่เคยแสดงสัญญาณใดๆ
ว่าเคารพประชาชนชาวไทยหรือให้ความเคารพต่อรัฐบาลที่ประชาชนเลือก
This corporation that we are doing between ACT4DEM or Action for Democracy and PixelHELPER because we see that Thai King is a block, not just for the future of people in Thailand but also for the freedom and democracy of people in the ASEAN.
ASEAN has 600 million population, the same as EU, but most of these people are running by dictatorial government, either by the king or by military or by autocratic regimes.
We hope that Thailand, which is a block to a pathway to democracy, can be a starting point, so that the whole ASEAN people can have a breath for freedom and democracy.
ความร่วมมือระหว่าง ACT4DEM หรือแอคชั่นเพื่อประชาธิปไตย กับ PixelHELPER เพราะว่าเราเห็นว่ากษัตริย์ไทยคือตัวปิดกั้น ที่ไม่ใช่เฉพาะต่ออนาคตของประเทศไทย แต่ต่อสิทธิและประชาธิปไตยของประชาชนทั้งอาเซียน ที่มีจำนวนประชากร 600 ล้านคน เท่ากับอียู แต่ประชาชนเหล่านั้นส่วนใหญ่ถูกปกครองด้วยรัฐบาลเผด็จการ ไม่ว่าจะมาจากระบอบกษัตริย์หรือเผด็จการทหารหรือพลเรือน
เราหวังว่าประเทศไทย ที่ปิดกั้นเส้นทางสู่ประชาธิปไตย สามารถจะเป็นจุดเริ่มต้น เพื่อที่ทั้งอาเซียน
เพื่อที่ทั้งอาเซียน จะสามารถหายใจ ด้วยเสรีภาพและประชาธิปไตย
