พวกเราปรารถนายิ่งที่จะเรียกร้องความสนใจของท่านต่อบันทึกแห่งวิถีฆาตกรรมของกษัตริย์วชิราลงกรณ์ และข้อเท็จจริงเรื่องที่ว่า นับตั้งแต่ขึ้นครองราชย์และดำรงตำแหน่งประมุขของประเทศไทย เขาได้ดำเนินมาตรการหลายขั้นตอน เพื่อเพิ่มอำนาจของเขาให้สามารถกำกับกองทัพ ตำรวจ รัฐสภา รัฐบาล และคณะผู้พิพากษา เพื่อให้มั่นใจได้ว่า เขาสามารถปกครองด้วยวิถีความยุติธรรมตามพระราชอัธยาศัยได้
ประชาชนและทุกผู้คนที่ห่วงใยประเทศไทยและอนาคตของประชาธิปไตยในเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ ต่างก็หวาดหวั่นต่อความจริงที่ว่า คนที่มีพฤติกรรมแห่งฆาตกรเช่นนี้ ที่ได้รับการนิรโทษกรรมทางกฎหมายในประเทศไทย เพราะชาติกำเนิด สามารถเดินเข้าสู่เวทีผู้นำระดับโลกในฐานะประมุขของประเทศไทยได้
นับตั้งแต่ปี 2553 ACT4DEM ได้ทำการบันทึกเรื่องราวของอาชญากรรม ของการละเมิดสิทธิมนุษยชน และ เกี่ยวกับอาชญากรรมทางการเงินของกษัตริย์วชิราลงกรณ์
ในนามของทุกคนที่ห่วงใย พวกเราจะจัดกิจกรรมประท้วงทางสัญลักษณ์ที่หน้า ICC ในวันที่ 4 ตุลาคม เวลา 14:00 – 16:00 น. เพื่อจะย้ำให้เห็นว่า สถาบันกษัตริย์ได้ใช้วิถีของวิสามัญฆาตกรรม ในการเข่นฆ่าสังหาร ประชาชนที่ลุกขึ้นเรียกร้องสิทธิตามระบอบประชาธิปไตย (หน่วยงานรัฐที่เกี่ยวข้องได้รับการแจ้งเรื่องการ ประท้วงของพวกเราแล้ว) เราได้เตรียมเอกสารที่ให้รายละเอียดเกี่ยวกับอาชญกรรมของกษัตริย์ เพื่อส่งมอบให้กับ ICC พวกเราขอยื่นเอกสารเหล่านี้ให้กับ ICC ในเวลาประมาณ 14:00 – 16:00 น. วันที่ 4 ตุลาคม
การรณรงค์เพื่อนำตัวกษัตริย์มาเข้าสู่กระบวนการยุติธรรมของ ACT4DEM กระทำขึ้นเพราะได้รับการเรียกร้อง และสนับสนุนจากคนไทยจำนวนมาก ที่มีความหวาดกลัวต่ออนาคตของพวกเขาภายใต้การปกครองของกษัตริย์วชิราลงกรณ์ ACT4DEM ทำงานร่วมกับทีมนักกฎหมายสิทธิมนุษยชน เพื่อดำเนินการสอบสวนภายใต้กฎหมายเยอรมัน ต่อพฤติกรรมของราชสำนักกษัตริย์ไทยที่เยอรมนี เราหวังว่าการดำเนินงานของเราจะเปิดให้เห็นโอกาสที่จะเข้าสู่การดำเนินการสอบสวนที่ลงลึกมากยิ่งขึ้น ทั้งในด้านอาชญากรรมที่ก่อโดยกษัตริย์ และในด้านผลกระทบต่างๆ ของอาชญากรรมที่เขากระทำ ที่ส่งผลต่อความหวัง ความปรารถนา และความอยู่ดีมีสุขของ ทุกคนในประเทศไทย
ขอท่านได้โปรดส่งตัวแทนของ ICC ออกมาพบกับพวกเรา และรับเอกสารที่พวกเราได้เตรียมยื่นให้กับ ICC เกี่ยวกับการละเมิดสิทธิมนุษยชนของกษัตริย์วชิราลงกรณ์

Dear President Judge Piotr Hofmanski,
We wish please to bring your attention to the murderous record of King Vajiralongkorn, and to the fact that, since ascending the throne and becoming Head of State, he has taken deliberate steps to consolidate his personal power over the armed forces, the police, the senate, the parliament and the judiciary, to ensure that he himself can dispense his own idea of justice.
Thai people and all who care about Thailand and the future of democracy in Southeast Asia are appalled by the fact that this murderous person, by claiming hereditary immunity from the law in Thailand, can walk on the world stage as Thailand’s Head of State.
ACT4DEM has been documenting King Vajiralongkorn’s criminal activity, gross violations of human rights and financial crimes since 2010.
On behalf of all concerned we will hold a symbolic protest in front of the ICC on 4 October, 14:00 – 16:00 hrs, underlining that the monarchy has always resorted to extrajudicial killing when the people rise to demand their democratic rights. (The relevant authorities in The Hague have been informed about our small action.) We have prepared an information dossier for the ICC describing some of the King’s criminal activities. We would like to deliver this dossier to the ICC around 14.00hrs on the same day, 4 October.
ACT4DEM’s campaign to bring the King to justice is supported and requested by a great number of Thais who live in fear of a future under King Vajiralongkorn. ACT4DEM works with a team of human rights lawyers investigating, under German law, the conduct of the King’s court in Germany. We are hoping that this work will open possibilities for more in-depth investigation into both the scale of the king’s criminal conduct and the scale of the impact of his criminal conduct on the hopes, aspirations and well-being of everybody in Thailand.
May we kindly request that a representative of the ICC come and meet with us to receive the information dossier we have prepared, for the ICC, about King Vajiralongkorn’s human rights violations.
